In this hands-on culinary session, you'll prepare a variety of sauces from scratch, starting with a classic Hollandaise made from clarified butter, lemon, egg yolks and cayenne, paired with asparagus. Chef Kevin will guide you through the process of creating a rich Port wine sauce, which he’ll use to complement a sizzling tenderloin steak. Finally, you’ll make a sweet marshmallow vanilla sauce to drizzle over a peach cobbler. Chef Kevin will handle the preparation of the dishes to pair with the sauces, sharing valuable tips and cooking techniques along the way. Book now and elevate your culinary skills!
