This Mediterranean-themed cooking class is just what you need to spice up your recipe repertoire. Craft a curated menu brimming with vibrant flavors, starting with perfectly prepared sous vide steak topped with smoky roasted garlic herb compound butter. Pair it with flavorful pine nut couscous served alongside a creamy roasted garlic aioli. When it's time for dessert, you'll whip up a velvety-smooth pomegranate swirl ice cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
