Learn the secrets of making croissants from scratch in this hands-on cooking class focused on flaky layers and buttery goodness. Prepare croissant dough step by step, then transform it into sweet pain au chocolate and soft morning buns. Gain confidence in folding techniques, proofing times and baking temperatures. By the end of the lesson, you’ll have fresh-from-the-oven pastries and new skills to dazzle friends and family.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
