Finish with an aquafaba chocolate mousse, a rich and airy dessert that showcases the possibilities of plant-based cooking. Kymberly was so much fun! The food was DELICIOUS! Still waiting on those famous recipes to attempt to cook ;-) She was fantastic! Would def ask to work with her again!

Wow! What a great experience! Chef Kymberly was an excellent teacher. She took her time and explained everything to my partner and me. It was one of the best experiences we have had. We both enjoyed the food. We are already planning our next cooking class with Chef Kymberly. She is the best.
