Begin with vegan summer rolls, practicing precise knife techniques to achieve clean, crisp flavors. For the main course, choose between a comforting mac and cheese with wild mushrooms or a flavorful mushroom stroganoff with vegan pasta. End with an indulgent aquafaba chocolate mousse, proving that plant-based desserts can be truly decadent. Chef Afi’s approachable teaching style ensures an enjoyable and informative experience for all participants.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
