This cooking class focuses on delicious, plant-based meals that are easy to prepare and full of flavor. Chef Mary will teach you how to create a satisfying vegan feast using simple, wholesome ingredients.

Start with vibrant vegan summer rolls, where you’ll practice knife skills for a perfectly balanced appetizer. Then, choose between a creamy mac and cheese with wild mushrooms or a hearty mushroom stroganoff with vegan pasta. Conclude your meal with a luscious aquafaba chocolate mousse, offering a light and airy texture with a rich chocolate flavor. Chef Mary’s hands-on approach makes vegan cooking both fun and accessible for all.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mary was friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything she made was delicious and easy to make. My daughter and I had a wonderful time cooking and learning from her. Can’t wait to have her back for another culinary experience.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Mary. She has incredible skills and was patient with us as we learned from her. Even my 10 year old grandson participated. The food was fantastic as was Chef Mary's personality.
