This cooking class introduces you to the vibrant and bold flavors of Spanish cuisine. Chef Damon will guide you through creating a three-course menu inspired by Spain’s culinary traditions.

Start with your choice of gazpacho, a refreshing chilled soup or crispy patatas bravas. Then, learn to prepare an authentic seafood paella brimming with shrimp, mussels and calamari. End the meal with golden churros served with a rich chocolate dipping sauce. Chef Damon’s engaging approach ensures a memorable culinary experience.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Damon is classically French trained, holds two culinary degrees, has earned four professional competition medals from the American Culinary Federation, has opened several restaurants, and is the owner of his own catering business known for following eco-friendly practices.

We had an amazing time learning from Chef Damon! As people who already cook most nights, my husband and I still learned a lot from the experience and the food was amazing. Chef Damon was very fun to be around and spend our evening with, we would totally book another class with him!
