Then, choose between two satisfying main dishes: creamy mac and cheese with wild mushrooms or a rich mushroom stroganoff with vegan pasta. For dessert, Chef Adrian will show you how to prepare a decadent aquafaba chocolate mousse, proving that plant-based desserts can be as indulgent as traditional ones.
