Cooking Class - Filled Pasta Menu

What You’ll Do

Master techniques to prepare homemade pasta and savory fillings.

If you've ever dreamed of making pasta from scratch, this cooking class is the place to start. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll practice shaping and filling various pasta shapes. Start with mezzelune pasta and an artichoke and lemon butter filling. Move on to pumpkin ravioli al forno. Serve with a winter squash salad. You'll receive a pasta tool kit to take home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
