What You’ll Do

Unlock the secrets to classic French cookery including steak and soufflé.

Create an elevated menu of beloved French classics in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by a skilled chef, you’ll develop the techniques to sear steak, flambé brandy for a vibrant sauce and make truffled pommes Dauphine on the side. For a sweet finale, you’ll whisk egg whites to make airy dark chocolate soufflés.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was a great team-building experience with Chef Stephanie, aka "Chefanie." She is informative and engaging. The chef allowed us to ask questions and provided plenty of opportunities to share the cooking and learning experience. My only suggestion would be to offer stools to participants since eating the meal standing up was awkward and uncomfortable after standing for 2+ hours during preparation
