What You’ll Do

Celebrate the culinary spirit of New Orleans with signature dishes from the Big Easy.

In this immersive cooking class, you’ll learn chef tips for creating vibrant fare featuring classic flavors of New Orleans. Practice time-honored methods for preparing authentic favorites like gumbo and dirty rice. Then, put a modern spin on a brunch staple with a zesty seafood appetizer. Finish the meal with a showstopping bananas foster.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I thought the class was okay. I got more cooking tips from another participant. I felt like the female chef was very rude. Our chef was only interactive with one group. I was really expecting more.
