What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare filled pasta from scratch.

Explore traditional techniques for creating various pasta recipes in this cooking class. You'll join a world-class chef who will share tips and tricks for mixing, shaping and forming the dough into crescents of mezzelune and pockets of ravioli. Fill the mezzelune with a mixture of artichokes and lemon butter and the ravioli with a pumpkin mix. Pair with a roasted winter squash salad.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
