Cooking Class - Traditions of French Cuisine

What You’ll Do

Craft an elegant feast of signature French classics.

This hands-on cooking class showcases the culinary heritage of France with traditional dishes and techniques. Guided by a world-class chef, you’ll learn to make steak au poivre finished with a flamed brandy and mustard sauce. Practice making pâte à choux as the base of crispy pommes dauphine. For dessert, the chef shares tips for preparing a towering soufflé.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
