In this French pastry cooking class, you will learn the techniques behind making three iconic French pastries. Create fleur de sel caramels, buttery lemon-sugared palmiers and rich chocolate-glazed éclairs that will transport you straight to a Parisian café. Whether you are an experienced baker or just starting, this class is a fun and educational way to dive into the world of French desserts and elevate your baking game.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We ended up having Chef Casey instruct us for the class, and he was great! There was only 3 of us, so it was very intimate and made for a great, relaxing experience. We learned a few tricks to prepare the food we made, and we even got to take home leftovers from our cooking that night. Was very professional, easy-to-follow, and informative; and we made a delicious meal! My husband and I both went and he has been talking about taking more classes ever since we took this class. Highly recommend, and would love to go back for another class!
