Cooking Class - Tasting the Italian Coast

What You’ll Do

Coastal creations from the Old World make a bountiful spread.

The seas surrounding Italy provide generous inspiration for the magnificent menu featured in this cooking class. Assemble a menu featuring steamed mussels in garlic and herb wine sauce, ravioli filled with sweet peas and topped with basil and mint pesto and zesty zabaglione with grapefruit and orange flavors, all with guidance from a first-rate teacher.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Aeisha was very knowledgeable in Asian cuisine and the meal we created was delicious. We were promised the recipes to be emailed to us and I have not received them.

Really fun class! Aeisha is super! Only downside was ending felt rushed - no decorating the sugar cookie and we didn't make all the cookies advertised. Overall GREAT experience though. :)

Chef Gabi did a great job teaching the class. It was very thorough. I feel like I could make ramen pasta at home now. I will definitely attend another class.
