Add new skills to your culinary resume with this cooking class on pasta making. Led by Chef Luca, you'll gather traditional techniques and new recipes to recreate at home.

Start with a classic bruschetta topped with ricotta, drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of black salt. For the main focus of the session, you'll learn how to mix and shape spaghetti strings and ravioli pasta pockets that will be filled and topped with a cacio e pepe sauce and a ricotta mixture. Pair these pastas with a juicy ribeye steak for a memorable meal to recreate at home. Dessert is a classic tiramisu that Italians are known for. Reserve today!

Chef Luca was fantastic! We learned so much and had a great time with him - he is full of stories and TONS of energy. It was only the two of us for this experience, but we imagine he'd be a blast to have as a chef at a group dinner party type of event. We feel confident - and SO excited - to make our own pasta from scratch after our hands-on learning experience with Luca. Highly recommend!
