If you've ever dreamed of preparing fresh pasta from scratch, this Italian cooking class is a fantastic way to get started. Chef April leads the way with step-by-step instructions and a fun, stress-free attitude.

Start with a crispy bruschetta appetizer with peppers and Gorgonzola cheese. Master mixing and forming ricotta balls of dough into gnudi pasta dumplings that will be topped with a vodka sauce. Toss a classic Italian salad using iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black olives and pepperoncini. Dessert is an Italian ricotta cheesecake with a citrus twist and a sugar cookie crust.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
