A singluar ingredient adds diverse tastes and textures to your usual fare.

Mushrooms are delicious as more than just salad toppings, and this in-person cooking class is an ideal forum for discovering new ways to use them. With Chef Shadi helming an eye-opening session, you'll discover just how far these humble fungi can go.

Using a variety of organic, non-GMO mushrooms, you'll prepare a naturally-soothing mushroom latte and brew a creamy soup featuring King Trumpet mushrooms with a gluten-free loaf of crusty peasant bread to enjoy it with. Lion's Mane mushroom-based "crab" cakes add a meaty main dish to the arrangement, while a three-mushroom cupcake demonstrates the sweeter side of mushroom-based cuisine.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
