What You’ll Do

Explore unique combinations that highlight winter produce beautifully.

Immerse yourself in the flavors of winter during this cooking class. The journey starts with creamy polenta paired with a hearty wild mushroom ragù that brings comfort. A vibrant blood orange hazelnut fennel salad will follow, offering a fresh crunch. You will also create roasted carrot tartlets, highlighting the deliciousness of seasonal vegetables. Finally, a zesty tangerine champagne sorbet will provide a sweet and refreshing finish. This class focuses on hands-on learning and celebrating seasonal ingredients.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
