What You’ll Do

Learn essential techniques to create iconic French flavors in your kitchen.

This cooking class invites food enthusiasts to dive into the world of French cuisine. Start with a warm French onion soup, rich in flavor and topped with Gruyère croutons. You will then learn to prepare pan-roasted salmon, served with a vibrant lemon-caper sauce that elevates the dish beautifully. A crisp apple and mixed green salad with walnut vinaigrette brings balance and freshness to the meal. Finally, a delicious chocolate crème brûlée will be crafted, showcasing the art of creating a silky dessert with a perfectly caramelized top.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
