Cooking Class - Create a Moroccan Feast

What You’ll Do

Explore traditional recipes from Morocco.

This cooking class highlights the art of Moroccan cuisine through hands-on experience. Start with a flavorful arugula and almond salad featuring sweet, spiced apricots. You will then prepare seared Moroccan steak, drizzled with a vibrant parsley-cilantro oil for added freshness. Spice-roasted carrots with harissa yogurt offer a perfect balance, and the class concludes with almond and date tarts that showcase the essence of Moroccan sweets.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
