In this cooking class, the essence of French culinary traditions comes alive. Begin with a comforting French onion soup, featuring caramelized onions and Gruyère croutons that provide a warm welcome. The class will then focus on pan-roasted salmon, enhanced with a bright lemon-caper sauce, perfect for any occasion. A vibrant apple and mixed green salad with walnut vinaigrette adds crunch and freshness. To conclude, you will create a rich chocolate crème brûlée, learning the art of achieving a silky texture and a crisp caramel top.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
