What You’ll Do

Create vibrant dishes that honor the traditions and tastes of the lunar new year.

Welcome the lunar new year with vibrant dishes and wok-fired flavors in this cooking class. Using a carbon steel wok, you’ll create stir-fried long life noodles and perfectly charred green beans. Learn to fold traditional chicken and chive dumplings before enjoying a sweet finish with mandarin orange sorbet. Celebrate the season with an exciting journey through festive flavors and authentic cooking techniques.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
