Cooking Class - Begin Your Bread Journey

What You’ll Do

Learn bread making from scratch in an engaging session.

Discover the basics to classic artisan breads at this hands-on cooking class. Helped by the chef tutor, you’ll learn to prepare dough, flavor and shape it to create Italian focaccia with rosemary and French bread cooked in a Dutch Oven. Then, once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll be able to use countless variations and ingredients for your own signature loaves.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Never received the written recipe to make this meal at home. 4 people had to share the workspace and the pan to cook with. No cutting or prepping was introduced. No tips or assistance to help with a good outcome, just a demonstration.
