Cooking Class - Epic Spanish Feast With Breville

What You’ll Do

Learn to prepare popular dishes characteristic of Spanish cuisine.

With help from Breville appliances, this engaging cooking class will give you all of the knowhow to make iconic Spanish dishes. Roasted pork loin with romesco sauce, patatas bravas and greens with a Manchego dressing; you’ll learn how to make them all. For dessert, whip up Spanish ice cream with sea salt and almonds.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Never received the written recipe to make this meal at home. 4 people had to share the workspace and the pan to cook with. No cutting or prepping was introduced. No tips or assistance to help with a good outcome, just a demonstration.
