What You’ll Do

Learn to make deliciously authentic French winter warmers

Immerse yourself in the flavors of France with a winter cooking class. Master the art of pan-roasted chicken breasts with whole grain mustard, leeks and tarragon. Savor the warmth of French onion soup crostini. Learn to prepare a classic salade verte with tarragon-Dijon vinaigrette and indulge in luscious bittersweet chocolate and orange mousse. These hands-on classes are perfect for bringing a touch of French elegance to your winter meals!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.
