Cooking Class - Seasonal Market Gourmet

What You’ll Do

Transform seasonal farmers’ market finds into an elevated rustic menu.

In this produce-driven cooking class, you’ll learn tips for turning fresh, seasonal ingredients into gourmet recipes. You’ll stir creamy polenta and simmer wild mushroom ragú to pair with bright blood orange, hazelnut and fennel salad. Practice your pastry skills to craft roasted carrot tartlets, then finish the meal with a refreshing tangerine champagne sorbet.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Scott did a great job. The evening was a lot of fun, we learned new things and really enjoyed the cooking and eating a great meal.

It was a lot of fun and Chef Scott did a great job, however I would limit the size.

The overall experience was fun and educational. We had two groups on opposite sides of the room and the chef always her he back to our side when she was demoing something- even as simple as cutting. dicing- and it was hard to hear and impossible to see what she was doing.
