Cooking Class - Moroccan Tasting Table

What You’ll Do

Learn to make authentic Moroccan cuisine in an exciting environment.

Dive into the robust flavors of Morocco with a hands-on cooking class. Learn to make restaurant-quality dishes from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment. Master new skills in the kitchen while cooking through a multi-course menu including an appetizer, entreè and dessert. Start by slicing fresh vegetables to make arugula and almond salad with spiced apricots. Next, learn to make seared Moroccan steak topped with parsley-cilantro oil and served with a side of spice-roasted carrots with harissa yogurt. End class with delicate almond and date tarts for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!
