What You’ll Do

Master essential French culinary techniques with guidance from a world-class chef.

This hands-on cooking class focuses on the fundamentals of French cuisine with the chef’s selection of traditional recipes. Elevate your skills from knife work to braising as you prepare the iconic coq au vin. Then, your instructor shares tips for crafting truffle-infused pommes aligot and whisking homemade vinaigrette. Finish with a zesty and elegant dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
