What You’ll Do

Learn to make authentic dishes inspired by Lunar New Year in a hands-on class.

Discover the vibrant dishes of Lunar New Year with an exciting seasonal cooking class. Learn to cook traditional Chinese dishes from a top-notch professional chef in an engaging environment. Master new skills such as cooking with a wok, stirfrying noodles and folding neatly pleated dumplings while having a blast. Start with chicken and chive dumplings followed by stir-fried life noodles with vegetables and a side of wok-fried green beans spiced with chile and garlic. End class with tangy mandarin orange sorbet for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!
