Cooking Class - French Harvest Feast

What You’ll Do

Elevate chilly evenings with cozy French recipes.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll practice timeless methods to transform seasonal produce into an elegant menu. Pan-roasted chicken breasts get a boost of flavor from whole grain mustard, leeks and fresh tarragon. Then, the instructor shares tips for developing the rich, comforting flavors of French onion soup. For dessert, you’ll craft a silky bittersweet chocolate and orange mousse.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
