Get ready for the holidays with this warm winter feast cooking class led by a top-rated chef. Start the class by learning some useful cooking tips and then make a smoked chicken glazed in hot honey and paired with some light buttermilk biscuits. Learn how to roast butternut squash with mozzarella, arugula and toasted nuts. Dessert is a cozy apple crispy with cinnamon ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
