What You’ll Do

Take a culinary journey to Morocco in this hands-on cooking class.

Discover the flavors of authentic Moroccan cooking in this interactive journey through Moroccan cuisine cooking class, which is led by a master chef. Start your culinary journey with arugula and almond salad with spiced apricots before searing Morrocan steak with parsley-cilantro oil. Enjoy spicy roasted carrots with harissa yogurt, and prepare some delicious almond and date tarts for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
