Cooking Class - Rustic European Bread

What You’ll Do

Enhance your baking repertoire while making signature loaves from Italy and France.

This in-depth cooking class focuses on two distinct styles of bread. Guided by the chef, you’ll explore how the textures and techniques affect the final product. Learn how to create the coveted crust of a rustic French loaf by baking it in a Dutch oven. Then, infuse Italian focaccia with fragrant rosemary and roasted garlic.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
