In this cooking class, you’ll dive into the refreshing world of Cantonese cuisine. This hands-on experience will teach you techniques that highlight the fresh ingredients and balanced flavors that Cantonese dishes are known for.

You'll learn how to create a delicious hot soup that sets the stage for your meal, followed by the classic beef and broccoli stir-fry paired with fragrant fried rice. As a sweet finale, you’ll prepare a delightful sweet potato cake that will impress your friends and family.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rui or “Ray” hosted a cooking class at our home. She was very knowledgeable about current trends in cooking. She’s super funny and even offered vegan alternatives to one of our guests. I’d definitely recommend having her hosting for you. We are inviting her back to prepare one of her signature dishes for our family, so our kids can be a part of the experience.
