Chef Bonicelli brings culinary magic to this hands-on cooking class, where you'll explore cooking authentic, mouthwatering Italian dishes from scratch while honing your skills using expert techniques. Chef Bonicelli will guide you step-by-step, sharing tips and tricks that will elevate your cooking to a whole new level.
You'll begin by preparing a flavorful starter of bruschetta topped with rich fig jam and nutty Asiago cheese. Next, roll up your sleeves to craft an irresistible chicken dish featuring succulent poultry bathed in a delectable Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms. For a sweet finale, you'll make simple homemade Italian chocolate biscuits that are oh-so-delicious and easy to recreate at home to treat your family and friends.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Bonicelli is a proud Italian/American chef and owner of Bonicelli Cooking Club, with over 15 years of culinary experience. Known for a love of local, organic and well-sourced foods, she has navigated diverse dietary preferences effortless. Her culinary journey, rooted in childhood lessons from my Grandmother, is dedicated to preserving culinary heritage and promoting the art of healthy eating.

Chef Bonicelli and her husband Mark were so inviting from the moment we walked in. Simultaneously, it felt like we were at a high quality culinary class and also a dinner with friends. It was a refreshing evening. Chef is knowledgeable yet approachable, and made everything super easy to understand. We would definitely take another class (probably the pizza one!!!). I thoroughly enjoyed this class!!! Chef Bonicelli was so warm and welcoming in her home, that I felt relaxed while cooking. Cooking new things can intimidate me; so, being relaxed while making biscuits and pasta proves that Chef Bonicelli is an amazing teacher. After taking this class, I’m planning to invest in a pasta machine so I can make fresh pasta at home.

Chef Bonicelli was great! My fiancée and I have never been to a cooking class before, and this exceeded our expectations! She not only taught about technique, but explained the history and the why behind what she does. Could not recommend enough, 10/10!

Mrs. Bonicelli was so kind, helpful, and understanding for a beginner like myself. The class was super fun!! We got to learn how to make some great food from (mostly) scratch, and the Chef was guiding us the whole way. The setup was clean, put together, and very professional while maintaining a cozy, at-home feeling. We would absolutely book again and will be recommending this for our family and friends! Thank you Chef!!

Five stars is not enough to express the feelings this family has towards our experience with Chef Laura. The family was gushing for hours following our class and we are fully planning on going back for more classes offered by the chef. The conversations were great, the laughs were contagious and the food was fantastic. Thank you for a fantastic evening, Chef! We’re super excited to start practicing our new cooking talents :)

Chef Laura is a warm and inviting teacher. She welcomed us into her home. It felt like being in an Italian kitchen. She is so organized and knowledgeable. And everything was so, so tasty! OMG!! She is good.

I found Chef Laura's pasta-making class a fantastic experience, she showed her deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and definitely has skills for teaching. She demonstrated many pasta-making techniques, and I thought we all learned the skills and felt competent. I loved Laura's stories of Italian culture, her family, and the food industry. Her tips and methods were invaluable, making it seem simple. The best part? The recipes and food were delicious. I left inspired and ready to share my new skills with friends and family.
