Chef Bonicelli will guide you step-by-step, sharing tips and tricks that will elevate your cooking to a whole new level.

You'll begin by preparing a flavorful starter of bruschetta topped with rich fig jam and nutty Asiago cheese. Next, roll up your sleeves to craft an irresistible chicken dish featuring succulent poultry bathed in a delectable Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms. For a sweet finale, you'll make simple homemade Italian chocolate biscuits that are oh-so-delicious and easy to recreate at home to treat your family and friends.

Chef Bonicelli and her husband Mark were so inviting from the moment we walked in. Simultaneously, it felt like we were at a high quality culinary class and also a dinner with friends. It was a refreshing evening. Chef is knowledgeable yet approachable, and made everything super easy to understand. We would definitely take another class (probably the pizza one!!!). I thoroughly enjoyed this class!!! Chef Bonicelli was so warm and welcoming in her home, that I felt relaxed while cooking. Cooking new things can intimidate me; so, being relaxed while making biscuits and pasta proves that Chef Bonicelli is an amazing teacher. After taking this class, I’m planning to invest in a pasta machine so I can make fresh pasta at home.
