In this interactive cooking class, you'll discover how to master professional steak-cooking techniques that can be easily adapted for your home kitchen under the guidance of a skilled chef. This experience will transform your approach to steak, equipping you with the methods and confidence to create restaurant-quality dishes at home.

You'll start by learning how to prepare and cook a reverse-seared hanger steak for a Caesar salad, focusing on perfecting the steak itself while the Chef will finish it for you to savor later and hand you the recipes for the salad components. Next, you'll cold-sear a grass-fed sirloin steak, infusing it with rich flavors from brown butter, rosemary, garlic and shallots. You’ll also enjoy truffled Lyonnaise potatoes, layered with caramelized onions, thyme and truffle oil for a luxurious side. To finish, you'll craft a plum crostata, a warm and flaky pastry served with French vanilla ice cream for a perfectly sweet finale.
