Start with warm French onion soup au gratin topped with bubbly and browned Gruyère cheese. Next, refresh your palate with a light French salad made with seasonal greens and Dijon vinaigrette. For the main course enjoy hearty beef Bourguignon served with pommes Duchesse potatoes and garlic roasted asparagus. End class with a classic apple tarte tatin for dessert.

We had a phenomenal experience with Chef Oumar. He was a thoughtful and patient teacher; we chose to be hands on and cooked together. He created a relaxed and fun atmosphere and we can’t wait to enjoy another experience with him!!!
