Learn to make authentic Spanish cuisine in a hands-on lesson.

Jump into the fresh flavors of Spain with an interactive cooking class. Learn to make restaurant-quality dishes from a top-notch chef while gaining new skills in the kitchen.

Start with two appetizers including pan con tomate with thick-cut bread smeared with tomatoes and briny anchovies and a savory gambas al ajillo with garlic roasted shrimp. Next, learn to make a classic Spanish paella featuring chicken, pork, white fish, calamari, shrimp and mussels. End your class with zesty citrus flan for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a phenomenal experience with Chef Oumar. He was a thoughtful and patient teacher; we chose to be hands on and cooked together. He created a relaxed and fun atmosphere and we can’t wait to enjoy another experience with him!!!
