Cooking Class - From Tuscany’s Kitchen to Yours

What You’ll Do

Experience the flavors of Tuscany with an exquisite four-course meal.

This Tuscan-focused cooking class is where flavor takes center stage. You’ll begin with a savory roasted tomato and olive crostini that will get your taste buds dancing. From there, you’ll cook up a juicy strip steak, learning how to create a luscious chianti pan sauce along the way. Next up is the fun of making potato gnocchi and fresh basil pesto and the finale is a sweet and creamy honey yogurt panna cotta with figs.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great job, only mistake not matching the crème anglaise with the chocolate soufflé but you covered for it. We had a great time!

Eric did not provide any overview or background on what we were cooking and we all did portions of the dish with pretty minimal instruction. We had to ask numerous times for direction. We did manage to muddle through, and Eric was dealing with a lot of students.
