Learn to make an exquisite selection of Asian dishes in the hands-on cooking class for chefs of all skill levels. Chef Carole takes your understanding of traditional cuisine to elegant heights thanks to thoughtful touches and a few contemporary twists.

Work with an array of savory elements to wrap your own handcrafted steamed and boiled pork and shrimp wontons before stuffing fresh gyoza with a modern blend of corn, chicken and jalapeño. Close the menu by crafting authentic mochi mooncakes adorned with gold leaf for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My brother and I took our mom and Auntie out for their first private cooking lesson! Easily one of the most memorable experiences! Chef Carole is a woman who's lived many lives and has great stories to tell The food was well planned and organized - she provided all the necessary ingredients, set up, tools. The night went super smooth. Her kitchen set up provides a fun and intimate environment - it's set up and made for cooking so this creates a great atmosphere. There was a lot of simple and small techniques that I believe anyone can utilize, regardless of cooking skills. The real plus however was getting to know Chef Carole. Nothing could prepare any of us for the stories and experiences she shared. It felt like we had a celebrity chef teaching us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING TIME WITH HER She is a person you'll be telling all your friends about!

Date night, check! Our cooking class with Chef Carole felt like having dinner at the home of a friend — only we’d never met before. We learned better knife techniques, the proper way to flavor layer a stir fry, and how to skin a mango (you need a glass), and then shared an incredible meal. Such a great experience — and gift!
