This hands-on cooking class brings a colorful, festive touch to pasta night. Using natural dyes and traditional methods, Chef Andrea teaches you how to infuse vibrant holiday colors into handmade ravioli.

You'll learn the basics of mixing and rolling egg pasta dough. Then, Chef Andrea will show you how to use kale, milk, paprika and other natural dyes to inspire your inner artist as you craft impressive edible masterpieces perfect for holiday gatherings, special events and seasonal celebrations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andrea was amazing to for our ravioli class. We came for my moms birthday and had a wonderful time - Chef Andrea is so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to, as well as incredibly knowledgable about all things ravioli and cooking!! Would absolutely recommend this class to anyone.

This was one of the best cooking experiences I have ever had and I did take many cooking classes. Location of the chef's house is so perfect: central, warm, and inviting. His kitchen accomodat6ed easily the 6 of us. Easy to follow recipes, lots of hands on. A wonderful way to meet strangers and share a meal. I went with my partner, and it was his first time taking a cooki8ng class. He loved it. The chef's stories about Italy and his family are making the class more authentic. Thank you
