What an awesome class! Chef Emmanuelle is passionate about preparing healthy, yet simple and tasty food. She was encouraging and always willing to answer questions. She made us feel welcome and shared her knowledge with us. I learned more from her in just a few hours than I did from other classes lasting much longer. We will be back!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary attending a cooking session with Chef Emmanuelle. She was very informative and did an excellent job inspiring us to be creative with flavors and ingredients in the kitchen. She was very attentitive to us throughout the session. The environemnt was great and we would highly recommend. We will be attending future sessions with Chef Emmanuelle!
