Start with the rich flavors of escargots in garlic butter served with a crispy baguette. Next, master the art of ratatouille, featuring a vibrant mix of eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and zucchini infused with Provençale herbs. You’ll also prepare a fluffy omelette and poached eggs, followed by delicate crêpes, filled with your choice of jam for dessert. This class empowers you to cook with confidence and finesse, impressing family and friends with authentic French flavors.

One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. I recommend taking a class from her regardless of your experience. Do what I did, make it a family night and you won't regret it. We will be back.
