With a menu deeply influenced by Creole, Cajun and soul food traditions, you'll master iconic dishes like red beans and rice, seafood gumbo and fried catfish and oysters. To top it off, you’ll prepare the classic dessert bananas Foster, adding a sweet finish to your culinary journey. Book today!

We had a grand time learning how to make Paella, Albondigas, Egg Tortilla and Delicious Flan! Chef Larson Washington gave us clear directions and made us feel very welcome and adventurous in his kitchen. He's an excellent teacher and knows how to ask great questions to keep the conversation going. The food was delightful, though still my favorite was the flan. We hope to use his recipes to entertain our friends. I had never made meatballs, so that I learned that, and also liked his style of cleaning up as you go. I highly recommend his classes!
