In this hands-on cooking class, you'll dive into the rich flavors and traditions of Spanish cuisine, led by an expert chef with a passion for Mediterranean cooking. Discover how to work with iconic ingredients such as olive oil, seafood and fresh herbs, and learn techniques that bring the vibrant spirit of Spain to life.

You'll prepare a delicious menu that includes savory Spanish meatballs (albondigas), a classic Spanish egg tortilla and an authentic paella brimming with shrimp, mussels and chicken. To finish, you'll craft a silky-smooth dessert flan, the perfect sweet ending to your Spanish feast.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a grand time learning how to make Paella, Albondigas, Egg Tortilla and Delicious Flan! Chef Larson Washington gave us clear directions and made us feel very welcome and adventurous in his kitchen. He's an excellent teacher and knows how to ask great questions to keep the conversation going. The food was delightful, though still my favorite was the flan. We hope to use his recipes to entertain our friends. I had never made meatballs, so that I learned that, and also liked his style of cleaning up as you go. I highly recommend his classes!
