In this cooking class, you'll discover why homemade pizza is far superior to take-away alternatives. With years of expertise, Chef Anthony will teach you how to assemble the perfect pizza.

You'll learn how to a delicious pizza adorned with balanced toppings. The chef will provide you a well rested dough to work with, while you will hone your knife-work skills preparing an array of fresh toppings. Elevate the humble dough all with a quality pizza sauce and take your pick of toppings, including various meats, vegetables, garlic and more to make it complete. For dessert, you'll make a delicious dessert pizza topped with chocolate, coconut and more.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Anthony arrived about an hour before serving up the first appetizer. He brought all of his own pans and cooking equipment with him so we only had to provide plates and silverware. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were able to customize our main entree and sides with Chef Anthony's help. Every dish was delicious and we enjoyed the chef's explanations and tips of each dish he prepared. We chose the crab cakes and candied walnut strawberry salad for our appetizer. We chose the filet mignon, lobster, mash potatoes and creamed spinach for our entrees. And lastly, our yummy dessert was the banana's foster. I'd highly recommend Chef Anthony.
