This cooking class, led by a gourmet baker, features the traditional techniques needed to prepare handmade bread. You'll develop skills for mixing, forming and shaping dough into golden loaves of various bread types.

Begin by crafting sourdough loaves using just water, salt and flour, developing the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Next, prepare individual baguettes, which you'll get to take home and share with family and friends. You'll also master the art of making a thin-crust pizza, perfecting the dough that will serve as the base for your delicious creations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Really fun and comfortable experience taking a cooking class here. The class is in a converted house, which makes for a really interesting space that can accommodate cooking, a dining area, and plants and an outdoor garden that provide some of the ingredients you cook with! We took the Distinctive Tastes of Thailand class - food was delicious, and I appreciated learning about each individual ingredient and how it contributes to the recipe. I'm not much of a cook, but I felt at ease and empowered in the class, and came away with a some new skills, knowledge and recipes in my arsenal.
