Next, savor a dish of fluffy rice infused with spinach, lemon, feta (optional) and crunchy pistachios. Perfect your deep-frying skills with crispy tofu balls with carrots and green beans. For dessert, indulge in a rich plant-based chocolate mousse, made with silky tofu and decadent chocolate.

We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it was an awesome experience. We made sushi with Kamilla and it was soooo fresh, tasty, and fun! We really enjoyed learning different techniques and trying so many variations of sushi. It was a great time (and a lot of food - go hungry)! The cooking space was nice, too.
