Elevate your main course with a rich braised porcini veal ragù, infused with Parmesan cheese and dried porcini mushrooms. Pair it with a vibrant Caprese salad featuring tomatoes, Burrata and arugula. Finish with a velvety vanilla-lemon panna cotta.
